NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR AND CONTACT
This giveaway is sponsored by Preece Bros. LLC, doing business as Approximately Human (the “Sponsor”).

This is one giveaway with one prize and one winner across the two official entry posts. It is not a separate giveaway on each platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and can receive the prize at an eligible U.S. shipping address.
Eligible geographic area: the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. U.S. territories are excluded.
Owners and employees of Preece Bros. LLC are not eligible. Family and household members are not excluded solely because of that relationship, provided they are not themselves owners or employees and meet all other eligibility requirements.
Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility is subject to verification before the prize is awarded.
3. ENTRY PERIOD AND OFFICIAL ENTRY POSTS
Entries on each platform open when that platform's official giveaway entry post is published. Entries close on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (New York time), equivalent to 9:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (Denver time).
The official entry post on each platform is the Sponsor’s “WIN SHIRT 0/10” giveaway video posted by @approximately.human and identified in its caption as the official giveaway entry post. These rules apply to those two posts.
The timestamps recorded by the applicable platform will be used to determine whether a comment was submitted during the entry period. Comments made before the applicable official post goes live or after the closing deadline are not eligible.
Only the official giveaway entry posts identified above accept entries. Comments on earlier videos, design-inspiration posts, reveal posts, Stories, reminder posts, reposts, or other accounts do not count as entries in this giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the entry period, complete both of the following on either Instagram or TikTok:
A. Follow the Sponsor's official account on that platform. B. Leave any comment on that platform's official giveaway entry post.
The follow and comment must be on the same platform. Existing followers may enter by commenting on the official entry post during the entry period.
Any comment qualifies; there is no required word or phrase. Tagging friends, sharing a post, liking a post, buying a product, submitting a design idea, or following both accounts is not required. Those actions do not provide additional entries.
An entry is not judged on creativity, sentiment, or quality. A favorable comment about the Sponsor or its products is not required.
5. ENTRY LIMIT AND DUPLICATES
There is a limit of one entry per person total across Instagram and TikTok for the entire giveaway.
Multiple comments, multiple accounts, or participation on both platforms do not create additional chances. The Sponsor will combine the entry records from both official posts and count each person once before the random drawing. Ordinary duplicate comments or participation on both platforms will be counted as one entry, rather than automatically disqualifying the person.
The Sponsor may request information necessary to resolve duplicate identities and verify eligibility. Entrants must provide truthful information. Entries made by impersonating another person or using automated accounts to evade the one-person limit are invalid.
6. PRIZE
One eligible winner will receive one Approximately Human Shirt 0/10 featuring the first completed design, in the winner's choice of an available size: XS, S, M, L, XL, or 2XL.
Shipping to the winner's eligible U.S. address is included. The winner will not be charged a shipping, handling, processing, or prize-claim fee.
Approximate retail value of the shirt: US $50.00. Estimated delivery: approximately two weeks after the winner claims the prize and provides their chosen size, shipping address, and required eligibility information.
“Shirt 0/10” identifies the giveaway prize. These rules do not promise a physically numbered garment or any feature not shown or stated in the prize description.
The front design is intentionally blurred in the teaser until Friday, October 2, 2026. The design-reveal date is separate from the giveaway deadline. The reveal does not close entries, create additional entries, or require anyone who has already entered to enter again.
7. RANDOM SELECTION AND ODDS
The first random drawing will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
After entries close, the Sponsor will combine entries from both platforms, resolve duplicate entries, and randomly select one potential winner from the eligible unique-person entry list. Each eligible person included in that list will have an equal chance of selection.
The Sponsor will verify the selected person's eligibility and required follow/comment before awarding the prize. A selection is provisional until that verification and the claim process are complete. If a selected person is ineligible, the Sponsor will randomly select another eligible entrant.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible unique entrants received across both official posts. The number of comments on a post is not the number of eligible entries.
8. NOTIFICATION AND 24-HOUR CLAIM WINDOW
The Sponsor will contact the selected entrant by direct message from one of the official accounts listed in Section 1, on the platform associated with the selected entry. Entrants should check their direct messages and message-request folders after the entry deadline.
The selected entrant has 24 hours from the time the Sponsor sends that message to respond and claim the prize. The Sponsor will state the claim deadline in the message. The 24-hour period begins when the message is sent, not when it is opened or read.
If the selected entrant does not respond and claim within that period, declines the prize, or fails eligibility verification, the Sponsor will randomly select another eligible entrant. A person whose selection was forfeited will be excluded from subsequent drawings. The same notification and 24-hour claim process will repeat until an eligible winner claims the prize or no eligible entrants remain.
If no eligible entrants remain, no prize will be awarded.
The Sponsor will not ask the winner to pay money, provide a social-media password, or provide payment-card details to claim the prize.
9. VERIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT
The selected entrant will be asked to confirm their eligibility and provide the information needed to fulfill the prize, including their name, chosen available size, and eligible U.S. shipping address. Requests for that information will be made privately; entrants should not post addresses or other private details in public comments.
The Sponsor may ask whether the person entered through another account or platform to confirm compliance with the one-entry-per-person limit. Verification requests will be limited to information reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway and award the prize.
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The Sponsor will communicate any known fulfillment delay to the confirmed winner. The winner is responsible for providing accurate fulfillment information.
10. ENTRY RECORDS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
The Sponsor must be able to verify the required follow, the comment, its timing, and the entrant's eligibility. Entries that cannot be verified cannot be included as eligible entries. Entrants should retain their qualifying comment through verification.
The Sponsor will use the available platform records to administer the giveaway consistently with these rules. Additional comments do not compensate for a late or otherwise ineligible entry. No purchase or payment will be accepted as a substitute for the required entry steps.
If a material platform outage or other technical issue prevents the giveaway from being administered as described, the Sponsor will communicate any necessary resolution through its official accounts, subject to applicable law. This provision does not authorize undisclosed changes to the published entry limit, prize, or winner-selection process.
11. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Information requested specifically for the giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, resolve duplicates, contact the selected entrant, fulfill the prize, and maintain necessary giveaway records. Fulfillment information may be shared with the service providers necessary to produce and deliver the shirt.
Entering the giveaway does not itself enroll an entrant in an email or text marketing list. Separate consent is required for any such enrollment.
After the prize is claimed, the Sponsor may ask for the winner's consent to announce their social-media handle. Publicity consent is not a condition of receiving the prize. Private contact information, eligibility documents, and shipping addresses will not be included in a public winner announcement.
The applicable platforms handle account and comment information under their own privacy policies. Questions about information collected directly by the Sponsor may be sent to the contact email in Section 1.
12. PLATFORM NOTICE
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for administering entries, selecting or contacting the winner, or fulfilling the prize.
By entering, each entrant agrees to these rules and releases Instagram and TikTok from responsibility and liability arising from this giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entrants must also comply with the applicable platform's terms and community rules.
13. QUESTIONS AND RESULTS
Questions about these rules or the giveaway may be sent to the Sponsor at the contact email listed in Section 1.
A winner update will be provided through the Sponsor's official account after an eligible winner has claimed the prize, with any identifying publicity subject to Section 11. A preliminary DM or random selection is not a final winner announcement.
